Sentence C is wrong as ‘economic’ is the most suitable adjective to be used in the given sentence as it is related to the ‘economics or the economy.’ ‘Economical’ means ‘being limited in using money’.

Sentence E is wrong as we need an adjective ‘striking’ to modify the noun ‘distance’.

  • Proliferation of Chinese economic activity and infrastructure developments in the province,
  • India’s largest atomic power plant on the Gulf of Mannar coast is within striking distance from Sri Lanka’s Northern Province.

4) Answer: C
