Number of girls in C in ECE in 2012 = 120/100 * 330 = 396

Number of boys in C in ECE in 2012 = 400 – 396 = 4

Required percentage = 4/270 * 100 = 1.48%

2) Answer: C

Number of students like Cricket = 200 * 5/10 = 100

Number of students like Football = 200 * 3/10 = 60

Number of students like Hockey = 200 * 2/10 = 40

Number of girls like Cricket = 100 * 40/100 = 40

Number of girls like Football = 200/300 * 60 = 40

Number of girls like Hockey = 37.5/100 * 40 = 15

Total number of girls = 15 + 40 + 40 = 95

Number of girls in EEE in B in 2016 = 40/100 * 450 = 180

Number of girls in EEE in C in 2013 = 25/100 * 500 = 125

Difference = 180 – 125 = 55
