Here we are providing new series of Reasoning Questions for upcoming exams, so the aspirants can practice it on a daily basis.

Direction (1-5): Study the following information carefully and answer the questions given below:

Eight students Shivam, Sumit, Rani, Kavita, Dhani, Gungun, Aman, and Ankit are sitting around a rectangular table such a way that one student sits on each corner of the table and one person sit on the middle of each side, but not necessarily in the same order. The one who sits at the corner of the table faces opposite to the centre and the one who sits at the side of the table faces towards the centre. Students sitting on opposite sides are exactly opposite to each other. 

Rani and Gungun are facing each other. Rani doesn't sit on the smaller edge of the table. Only two persons sit between Kavita and Rani. One person sits between Kavita and Sumit, who is not adjacent to Gungun. The number of persons sits between Gungun and Shivam is same as the number of persons sits between Dhani and Shivam. Only two persons sit between Aman and Ankit when counted from the left of Aman, and Ankit is not adjacent to Sumit.

Only two persons sit between Kavita and Rani.

One person sits between Kavita and Sumit, who is not adjacent to Gungun.

 

Only two persons sit between Aman and Ankit when counted from the left of Aman, and Ankit is not adjacent to Sumit.

The number of Persons sits between Gungun and Shivam is the same as the number of persons sit between Dhani and Shivam.

Case I is invalid because the person between Gungun and Shivam is not the same as the person between Shivam and Dhani.
